Great service, booked a car online from Australia. As they don't rent out child car seats, Paul bought a new one for us and fitted it for less than other car rental companies charge for daily rental over 5 days. He met us at the train station and also dropped us back the at the end of our rental period. Really clean latest model car for a good price. Would definitely recommend them.

We booked on-line from New Zealand in May and can heartily endorse Amanda-Jane's experience. Paul met us at the railway station and the hire formalities were covered efficiently and expeditiously. Will return in the near future and repeat the exercise.

Bad company. Incredibly high excess charges and will charge the full £1000 for even small damage. Be careful with them!! Use at your own risk. I would suggest a different better known van hire company for your van needs as they don't have such unethical policies

Excellent service from MVR. It was seamless interactions. We needed a van unexpectedly last minute and gave them a call. The gent we spoke to was courteous and called us back before he said he would! Amazing service all round and the van was new and very clean! Would highly recommend.

Friendly, efficient and personal service. Very happy with our vehicle which was immaculate. No problems at all. Would definitely recommend. Location was walking distance from Cheltenham Spa Station. However, a staff member kindly drove with us to the station at the end of the hire period.
