Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Lewisham

I've never had a problem with these guys/girls despite short notice I've always been able to get a car. Very friendly and professional staff and if available a nice selection of vehicles to chose from. I wish they'd calm down with the excess prices other than that I've got or had no issues.

Really good service from the team here at Lewisham. Enterprise has upped its game in terms of the booking process, which is now really slick. Team were very friendly and helpful at pickup and drop-off. Special thanks to Charles, who went above and beyond when picking up the vehicle.

Needed a van for a week and nothing could be simpler than coming here. The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. They were also rushed off their feet, but kept things very professional. After the £200 deposit was paid I was given a tour of the bodywork, and once checked, was given the keys and sent on my way. They are an extremely busy branch and you must book ahead in plenty of time. I would recommend anyone to use them.

The main desk people were a lovely cheerful bunch, full of smiles and very helpful to my requirements. It was a simple vehicle check-out and check-in process. Rokas went the "extra mile" (sorry) and picked the vehicle up as it could not be delivered back to the depot by myself.

Terrible experience with Enterprise and the Lewisham branch. My time has been wasted, sent to a different branch miles away for a different van to what i paid for, which turned out to be faulty, and then been strung along in a damage claim and told I would receive calls that never came in response to my emails. To be lied to by a branch manager and assistant manager stating they will respond and help with a claim but evidently ignoring all communication is shocking. I will never recommend this service again.

The team in Lewisham were the loveliest and most helpful people. They got me a car at the last minute. Tom, Louis, Jan and the rest of the team were great. Highly recommended. If I am back in Lewisham, London, I will choose Enterprise again for car hire.
