Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Harlow

Very pleasant staff, low key unpressured atmosphere. No problems with getting deposit back at the end. Nice new stock, last van had only 13 miles on the clock! You can't predict which model you will get, only the class. Pick you up from home and take you in and drop you off. This can sometimes be subject to delays. Excellent value.

Absolutely amazing, I will suggest to take extra protection plan if you are not too sure of your driving skills as this may result in extra charges if dent /kerb/scratch on the vehicle (don’t expect people those who work their will pay from their pocket for your bad driving ) . Amazing people at this enterprise , being dealt with enterprise in past in other branches , I must say this is the best service providing enterprise I have ever come across . 2 stars for the politeness of the staff however they said they use a 3rd party to check proof-of-address and I was between address and needed the van to assist in moving home therefore because of this I was declined and they couldn't hire the van to me for the day.

I went to Alley Cat vehicle hire and they accepted 2 recent utility bills that had my address on. Thanks to Alley Cat my day off wasn't wasted 🚐

Car was booked weeks in advance and on the day the car is due I was told no car was available!
Last weeks excuse was the car had been in an accident!

When I asked for the complaints procedure the guy laughed! They don't care at all that they are letting people don constantly.

If you need a reliable hire then choose someone else.

Area manager is supposed to be calling re a complaint about this.

Just wanted to say a massive well done to the team at Enterprise Harlow, the whole service from booking the Van, to pick up and return, the level of service was first class. Vlad who showed me round the van was ever so friendly and nice as was the whole team who I encountered there. Also the Van was absloutley perfect and just what i needed. I would deffinatley use the Harlow branch of Enterprise for my rental needs again.
Much success to the team there for the future.

I remember it like today. When I first visited Enterprise in Harlow, I didn't really know what to expect. I was really surprised how quickly everything was taken care of. I received the car at the agreed time, clean and with a full tank. What more could you ask for? For the second time, I needed to change the pick-up date. No problem for this company. So why not use it a third time. Well, she didn't disappoint again. The quality is simply there and is unchanging. If you meet people like Jeff, for example, it may rain, but you will always laugh. So what would I add in conclusion? From my point of view, the best car rental in the wider area and I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend the enterprise. I took an extra large Van. Vlad Lazar was professional and kind, he explained everything what I need to know and helped me to find the best insurance as well. There was no problem with the Van.

The staff were really very helpful and went the extra mile to get me fixed up at very short notice and really helped me out. The car was perfect, clean and obviously very new and in perfect condition. As it was very short notice the exact car i asked for was not available so the team gave me an upgraded car at the same price as the lower category car I had requested. The admin was painless and efficient. In summary, great staff who really care about their customers and a seamless service. I can unconditional recommend them .
