I wouldn't use this company again. Extremely poor service.read all the 1 star reviews to get the real idea of customer experience. There a let down. Simple as

Got the car....had to wait to be cleaned but all Is good.

The van was clean, comfortable to drive and the cost was very reasonable.

The car was to be delivered to us after a breakdown, we had to go the 12 miles and pick it up, The car was badly scratched, looked like someone had driven through a hedge, as we were on a one way rental, i said to the chap about it, as we did not want to be charged on drop off at home, he told me to take insurance out ,so i did not get charged for it so had to pay an £14 fee. I also did a video of the car before i drove off the forecourt to cover myself. The car was not even clean, very disappointed, if it was not for all the other problem we had at the time with our own car, i would have refused the car, but we needed to get home

Best customer service ever. Simple and uncomplicated. The vans and cars are clean modern and fresh.
Matt and Gabrial at the Gt Yarmouth branch were just brilliant, and informative and could not help enough. Will 100% use it again

Easy to deal with. Went on a bit too much about collision damage waiver. People either want it or don't.
Loving the car though.
