Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Derby Mansfield Road

I hired a van for the first time! And the whole experience from booking, to picking up, and returning the vehicle was excellent. All of the team are very helpful and friendly, especially Nathan who went above and beyond to help. Thanks

Hired a van 2 weeks ago no issue, hire another one for this week and for “underwriting purposes” they now need a second phone number of a friend or family member and want to know your employers name, not a chance.

Fantastic service... used enterprise twice now.. excellent customer approach.. Nathan was exceptional at explaining everything, as was the young lady when dropped the car off.. hope you enjoy your trip to Wales!!

Worst company we have ever gone to. Staff don't have a scooby doo on what they're doing, mistaken half a tank they gave us for a full tank and tried to rip money off us. Their excuse was "oh the lady is new, so she made a mistake". Probably should hire people with a bit more common sense. When we returned the vehicle with the petrol just below the half tank line, they argued with us and tried to take about £30 off us. Would definitely recommend avoiding this company because you'll get charged for everything that they come up with! Loved the funny rule that you have to pay £1750 for an accident even though it's not your fault. Honestly get a grip!!!

Staff was extremely rude, since we walked in the store they looked at us like we were rubbish, need some help as I had an accident at work and weren’t able to drive so needed my colleague to be added as an adicional driver in my car, since we asked for that fix they didn’t look very happy with the kind of help we needed , at they end they said they had some technical issues with the computer and could not get it done.

Thought enterprise was about customer service.

Great company to deal with for all vehicle hire needs. I wanted to hand my car in at the Derby branch and James kindly drove me to my office. It's great when you see a company go that extra mile. Appreciated.

Had a vauxhall mokka whilst my car in for repair. Awful bloody thing. Air bag lights were on, and no parking sensors were working (warning light on) I informed them of this, but they weren't really bothered. Not really what I would expect from a 2 year old car. And I would have expected it be mechanically sound to hire out. If I had a choice in future, would probably not use this company.
