Ordered a car from them a month in advance and it wasn't delivered. No attempt was made to contact me to make alternative arrangements. The company I work for have now refused to order from Enterprise in all our office locations nationally

Staff extremely helpful, when I took the car back they took me and another customer to our homes as the taxi wait would have been very long. Will use them again and recommend. Advice, take a mobile photo of fual quage and mileage before driving off.

Really helpful staff who have always provided me with a top notch service, with particular care for vehicle cleanliness during the various recent lockdowns.
Coming out of that period, these guys have got a lot busier but are still delivering consistently great service to their customers and remain helpful and cheerful.

Had to hire car at short notice. Very busy office when we arrived with three customers and approx 4-5 staff. Sadly we couldn't park on-site and had to park some distance away which entailed crossing a busy road. The hiring process was completed by a gentleman, he was very professional and informed and, was multi tasking, whilest completing our info on the ipad. Returning the car (albeit 2 days earlier than date originally given), was quite a different experience. We did manage to park on-site, good start. Entering office there was one staff member with a customer. The telephone was ringing continuously and I wanted to answer it ! Finally, after approx 20 mins a guy appeared from the car wash area and he came into the office and was able to start the Return/Checking process. In all, we were on the premises for about 40 mins.

Booked online, registered details online, turned up and with minimum wait collected van. No issues with van's performance, easy to return. After quick inspection I was on my way. Can't fault any of the experience so 5 stars from me.

Reasonable hire, overall went OK but the car reeked of cigarettes smoke & should never have been hired out like that
