Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Sevenoaks

From start to finish Beth, Enterprise, Sevenoaks, took me through each stage of car hire with professional knowledge, a super smile and was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Beth and the excellent team there. Thank you.

Booked a van weeks in advance of a house move and received confirmation of booking and payment deducted. On arrival I was told there were no vans available at 4pm on the evening I was moving. No prior warning, no explanation, no understanding of the situation they put me in.
Spot Van Rentals were amazing, had available brand new vans and I was able to book the same spec van for £25 cheaper whilst receiving a far better service

Keep taking money from my account without my permission. 1st was because we had the vehicle for more than 3 months we had to pay 2 lots of excess, they have now taken 3 different payments of £35 none of which have had my permission. I will be speaking to my bank and enterprise head office today. Avoid

Do not rent a car from this company! Volkswagen put me in touch with them to use a car for the day because they had no courtesy cars, I drove it home and back, a couple of miles and they said that I had damaged the car with slits in the tyres. I said I’m not paying it, they then called me a couple days later and apologised and said I won’t be getting charged could you leave a positive review about your experience. Now a month or so later I got a email saying I’m getting charged and they have now took the money out my bank without my permission. Bunch of thieves, dishonest company, do not use them they will try find a way to get money out of you. It makes it even worse that Volkswagen uses them and I bet they don’t refund my money either.

Big thank you to the sevenoaks manager who helped me with an issue I had .She is the best manager I've ever had to deal with she's very polite and does what she says .She should be in head office as her ppl skills are fabulous .Thank you for helping us it is really appreciated .

Excellent service. Can't fault them. Really helpful and the car provided was a great drive.

Really bad customer service. I got quoted £261.00 for a van for 4 days online, and then the a friendly chap called me to confirm. So all sounded good until i got there and they doubled it in price to £560.00 wasted my time i am very disappointed in enterprise and would not recommend them to anyone.

I’ve hired from here several times and they’re always friendly and helpful in person on the phone.

I wish they offered a pick up/drop off service like some branches though!

Not this branch’a fault but the unpredictable pricing is kind of annoying (e.g adding an extra day sometimes bumping up the price by £250) but overall it’s a good service at an acceptable price.
