Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Warwick

Harps the assistant manager has dealt with me a few times and provides an excellent service always however the manager has a rude and abrupt tone, very arrogant and no appreciation of customer service. Doesn’t seem to have ever come across the phrase “the customer is always right”, seriously lets this branch down and Enterprise as a company. Be warned.

I came to Enterprise Warwick to complain about a member of staff in Trowbridge but l have been so well-treated and respected by Aribah the new branch manager that l have decided Enterprise is a great great company after all. She is courteous, helpful, professional and a lovely person. Fantastic ambassador for your brand.

The worst branch of Enterprise I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I hire from here at least once a month and have been met with no cars so I have to wait for one to be bought back, no cars so they drive me to where someone else has left a car to be picked up, no cars so they downgrade you, cars with only half a tank of fuel and cars delivered to the wrong address across town. I try and make their life easier by walking to the branch to pick the car up and delivering it back to branch but without so much of an apology for any of the above situations, the new female branch manager is incredibly rude and unhelpful. The situation is only going to get worse due to a lot of their stock being sold because it's come to the end of their life and a lack of replacements. The Solihull branch is much, much better.

These guys provide a first class service, as I expect from any Enterprise outfit. Really courteous and efficient. Will use again

Tom Barr and Priya made it very simple, pleasant experience and overall they both went the extra mile for Enterprise by making me feel at home.
I can't recommend enterprise enough and that is mostly because of the good staff thst they have. Definitely coming back in the future!

Booked online. Pre paid online. Was moving house. Made plans and booked a day off work. 2 days before the booking Enterprise phoned to cancel the booking due to no availability. They were over booked. They offered a refund which took weeks to be processed and left me with a day to rearrange everything. Totally unacceptable after taking full payment in advance.
