Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Wellingborough

Fantastic team at the wellingborough branch (Freddie / Ryan and I think the girls name was Lauren... Sorry if that's incorrect) had a van from these for almost 3 months.. Very friendly polite and efficient and I will only ever go here in the future without a doubt for my hire needs. We'll done guys customer service at its best.

Have used enterprise in Northampton before, but first experience at Wellingborough. Really friendly staff and a nice welcome. Tilly showed me to the vehicle which was a brand new Luton tail lift job. Explained all the ins and outs and in no time at all, was on the road. The hand back was equally as smooth.

Great cheap polite staff the new lady was great today I can't remember her name and tilly was also great and polite on drop off there are both a credit to the company I will definitely be using again

Used this place after a disastrous experience with Easirent at Luton airport. Friendly efficient collection. Lauren was really good. Great little car to run about in for the weekend. Expensive, but that was because the booking was last minute and I'm dropping the car back to the airport, not where I hired it from.

If I wouldn’t had a bad experience today on a a car collection then it woul be definitely 5 starts!!

The person who gave me a car was polite, healthful and lovely..

the receptionist lady was amazing and helpful as well,

But unfortunately the person who collected car from me failed even to come to my house door and speak with me. After I asked confirmation that he was from enterprise he got annoyed that he had to step out his car and cross the road to speak. I am not sure what is your return policy but I don’t think you would expect me to give a car keys to person who is not ready to show his ID ? If this is your policy maybe you should look in to it

Lauren S was so professional picked me up made sure that I knew everything about the car and that she was there if I had any problems, the car was spotlessly clean. The return was just the same friendly professional couldn't ask for more. Will definitely hire again and recommend to all my friends. We'll done Wellingborough Enterprise 🙂👍👍👍
