A car hire company with a difference, an old fashioned desire to put customer service first. From the very first call to tell me that they had been tasked by Motability to provide me with a suitable courtesy car for me and my wheelchair.
Clearly they understood the specification of my chair and the way in which it might be loaded when I was either a passenger or the driver (without using the wheelchair)
With the minimum delay and no fuss at all a vehicle was found and the logistics of getting it to the correct address were all easily met.
No hesitation about recommending Proximo based on my experience of their problem solving and quality of service.

A very good Company to have dealings with. Had to use them twice within a three week period due to continuous problems with my own vehicle.
Highly recommend them as the staff are very friendly and got me set up extremely quickly with a replacement wheelchair vehicle.

The fantastic staff were so helpful and friendly and totally understanding of our needs. The vehicle arrived with us the very next day and when our own WAV was finally repaired we left the courtesy car with the garage which was so convenient. I can't praise the staff and overall customer service enough... If I could have left more stars then I definitely would have!! Amazing, thank you so much!!

They are always friendly on the phone. And did sort out my courtesy car, which was great. But the only thing I would say is they take a while to respond to you and when you ring up, they say someone will get in touch, but from my experience, it has been months since they got in contact with me. I asked to have an update a month ago and am still waiting for a response. My accident was nearly over a year ago.

Poor customer service as they want to deliver vehicles when we are not available. Cannot hold the vehicle for a three days. Seems a bit poor especially when the advisor boasts that they have over 700 vehicles and are one of the largest companies. But cannot seem to arrange a vehicle with a weeks notice! At nearly £400 a day, you would think they would have their house in order!

My experience with Proximo has been excellent. Despite very challenging circumstances, they have secured a suitable vehicle for me with a hoist to load/offload my mobility scooter. Very professional, friendly and courteous team all round.

Great service. So relieved that there is a company who can provide a courtesy car which is adapted. It may not be everything my usual vehicle is however, for the short term the provided vehicle is adequate. I will be able to do most of what I normally would want to do.

Proximo staff were really helpful and understood the needs of our family and the temporary replacement vehicle that we required They even delivered it to the hospital for us as our son had an all day appointment.
Updates of repairs to our vehicle were also regular and helpful
