I've used enterprise services in 3 different continents, I never had issues except for this branch, TWICE. Were I made a prepaid booking over a month in advance. And the result, they will call and cancel the booking a day before, leaving you with no reasonable options.

In both instances, they've given me an apology that realy didn't help my situation, insisted of focusing on solving the mater. They were pushing me fir another day, which obviously wasnt an option for me. They eventually did find me a car, but after a hassle and delays, distributing my schedule.

In short, when you do a prepaid booking a month in advance, there should be no hassle to get what you paid for.

Do NOT rent with this company, at least for the pre-paid option.
1) We rented an automatic car but got an electric car instead which was not suitable for long distance driving. We were not given an option to pick that we did not want an electric car nor did they check with us if we were okay with getting an electric car.
2) In the end we returned the car early at another branch and the staff there told us we would get a refund for the remaining days. HOWEVER, because we pre-paid and was forced to take their "online 10% discount", they refused to refund us and basically scammed us of ~£400.
3) Customer support was unacceptably slow - we repeatedly emailed and called them and only got an informative response after almost TWO months. Multiple emails were ignored and people told us they'd call us back, only to not call us back.
We will not be renting with this company again and will warn our friends not to as well. Rent at your own risks.

Everything was great during the rental but there was a problem with billing afterwards and it has been months with no resolution. I was overcharged and have an invoice for the money they owe me but the money was never released. I do not live in the country so cannot call them directly but Enterprise agents have emailed the branch multiple times to get ahold of me with no response.

I've been sincerely meaning to write this review for over 2 weeks now. Anyone writing further, please get it right, his name is Aadam and he has been fantastic in understanding my requirements than I understood myself once he heard what I was planning. He went above and beyond from any other car hire companies I've dealt with in the past. Tim was great in getting me checked out so seamlessly and really approachable. I hope to be dealing with both of these examples of great customer service in future. Keep up the great work guys

Really disappointed from my last van hire from the Cambridge store. Just avoid the prepaid fuel service, you will have to call them back and explain them what mileage usage you've done so that you get the refund from any unused fuel. Also you will get charged with highest (maybe a bit more) fuel prices available on the market. Just be aware what you are going to prepay cause it sums up and the refund is up to their good will.

Initially thought this was a great deal. Only used the car for a day and returned the car. Went smoothly until they found very small scratches on the tires I couldn’t even seen and honestly could have been there before. They took £1,500 for this and I won’t get money back for weeks or even months. I would highly recommend Zipcar than Enterprise.

Had a good, smooth experience with the Enterprise Cambridge: extremely easy booking process; good availability of various vehicles (including the correct size vant hat I was specifically looking for); helpful and friendly staff; fast and uncomplicated pickup and drop off. I can recommend both the service and their vehicles, especially considering their competitive prices. Would choose them even next time if I would need again.

This business seems to think £650 to be reasonable for the repair of a wing mirror, someone within that business approved that decision to use that repairer. They claim it to be non profit and direct invoice which if is true leads me to believe the approver of that repair to have lost their Mind and needs a thorough review of their sanity. These people try to extort money out of disabled customers. I know of others who have had the same experience. If they were confident that everything was reasonable I’d be seeing them in the small claims court, but this will never happen due to the ludicrous attempts to grab money off myself. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
