I have had the most exceptional service from Gemini, who repaired the bodywork on my car recently, in particular,from Matt Hogg, who works there.

I phoned Matt after I was pulling my hair out, getting nowhere from my current insurance company regarding the non-fault repair of my vehicle, which had been driven into by a third party causing damage to the passenger side. Weeks had gone by and I was about to go on holiday. The insurance company wanted to write it off, which is not something I wanted My 92 year old Dad had partly paid for the car, which has only done 30,000 miles and is 4.5 years old. I loved the car and didn't want to lose it, especially as my Dad had partly paid for it and this was a non-fault accident.

Matt straight away went the extra mile and calmed me down, sending me forms to complete on a Sunday afternoon. Then he worked night and day to liaise with the 3rd party's insurers, whilst I was in Greece, on holiday, giving me updates whilst there.

When I returned, Matt came a long way out of his way to take away my car and give me a hire car. He's such a kind, sincere and professional person as well as extremely trustworthy. He is easy to talk to and just gets on with the job. He even helped me get back into my house by talking to a neighbour when I locked myself out and needed to give him my car keys. After that, he negotiated for other small repairs to be put right and my car was returned repaired, clean and shiny, looking like a brand new car. I was given the 5 star treatment. Well 10 star treatment actually! It was spotless and perfect inside and out. The whole horrible experience I am starting to be able to put behind me. It was a huge shock.

Matt is the nicest, most professional business person I have ever come across and Gemini (Naz) are the best too! If I was disappointed in my insurance company, Matt made up for it in so many ways. At one point I felt that the world was against me but Matt (a superhero) turned all that around. I was able to get on with running my business and enjoying my car and my life again! There is a picture of my car attached, repaired and all bright and shiny!

Thanks so much Matt and Gemini. Where would I have been without you? You are such a credit to the business world. I wish there were out there like you as you are a shining example of a company who takes customer experience and satisfaction very seriously. In fact as shiny as my car after they had repaired it and returned it back!
