Great little car I had - Fiat 500 for 3 weeks and accidentally left my MOBILE PHONE MAGNET CLIPPED in the CAR vent - let’s see if they find it and call me...?
I just phoned them and they have it in their lost and found box ! Well done for keeping it ! Will collect it today.

Tried charging me 530 without me picking it up website didn't say was closed Sunday when to get it Friday was friendly staff apart from DVLA check do say until u are their check credentials 🤨 now saying I've got pay for a respair and repair only put tcut on it saying I've spray painting it half an hour after I left it over the phone

(0 STARS) - Do yourself a favor NOT hire from them.
I picked up a hire vehicle and was told the fuel gauge did not work correctly, but the vehicle was full of fuel and they made a note of it when picking up.
After doing not much driving at all I filled up the tank before returning which cost around 40 pounds.
The fuel gauge all of a sudden worked and went over full on the gauge.

It's quite obvious that the car was not full of fuel when picking up and when this was mentioned on drop off the vehicle the person just said "I should have just filled it to were it was when I picked it up". This clearly states that the vehicle was not full on pickup.

I would never use Europcar again after this experience and would not recommend to anyone needing to a hire a vehicle as this a very obvious scam.
They don't refuel the vehicles but charge the previous person hiring the vehicle to refuel and then make the new person hiring the vehicle foot the cost of the refuel.
Extremely disappointed with my experience. 0/10

I did contact Europcar and was not satisfied with the resolution they provided as they simply said that the Worcester branch had done all they could do with a 5 pound refund haha!
As in my previous email there many other car hire companies that don't try scamming customers so all the best to the Worcester branch and incompetent staff.

When we picked up the car the rep walked us around the car to show us previous but minute damage that was noted on the contract. None of which matched the Europcar publicised criteria. We feared a tiny mark would lead to penalties (fortunately there was none). The car was okay, but we did have a problem on the last morning when it wouldn't start. The guy (different) was helpful and promised to accelerate our RAC visit - which did turn up much earlier than we feared.
The RAC guy told us that the electronics had a number of error messages, which he fixed.

The fellas (Andrew) at the Worcester branch were incredibly helpful and diligent. We had an unexpected mechanical issue with our car and after waiting 3 hours for RAC it still didn’t look like they were on their way any time soon. We decided to risk driving to the nearest branch at Worcester to complete a change over. They didn’t have any cars immediately to hand but he was able to work his magic to get us back on the road again an hour later. Thank you Andrew for your excellent customer service. We’re very grateful.

Our only wish was that the Europcar call centre was as diligent and helpful as you!

I hired a car from the Worcester branch in May, the hire, the vehicle was fine but part way through the journey the key fob fell apart. I returned it to the Worcester branch who informed me that the battery is regularly changed and maybe it was put back together incorrectly. I have JUST RECEIVED a bill for £312 for the damage!! Despite speaking to the office, who assured me they would sort it out, nothing has been done about it and now I'm being harassed for money. I'll never use or recommend this company..

I cannot express how amazing the service and team are here. They looked after me for almost a whole year of renting through them whilst I waited for my company car.
I was never left without a vehicle, The car were always clean and worked perfectly.

Couldn't recommend enough and will be using this company in future for everything!

Two stars instead of one as the delivery and collection was really good. Low score as the price quoted on the website £180 then got put up magically to £249 with no warning. The my europcar website kept changing the price with an email to state “your booking has been amended”. Had no idea what I was actually going to be charged until the day the invoice came.

Hire a lot of cars for work (usually weekly), first time I’ve used europcar but won’t be again unless the difference is refunded.
Recommended locations
