Pick up of van was fine. The actual van was of awful quality and not sure it was roadworthy. Had to fill the van with adblue at
My own expense and am still waiting for my refund over 30 days later. Then was charged for fuel wrongly. Not a great experience that hasn’t furnished yet.

Great staff! Was given a better choice in cars -as my original rental was unavailable needed to wait for a vehicle, was well worth it in the end. Defo will hire again from them soon. Lovely lovely team will defo recommend to all :-)

Mev, Danny and all of the team here at first class. Professional, friendly and efficient. I love using this branch primarily because of the team and the service. The rental always goes smoothly and it’s always a pleasure to see these guys. It’s hard to find good car rental places these days, but this is definitely one of the good ones. Highly recommended.

I have hired a van for the day from this branch of Sixt a couple of times recently. Friendly staff, convenient out of hours drop off, and reasonable prices. One of the vans was pretty bashed up already, but it did the job, and all the dents had already been noted so the return was easy. I will use again: thank you.

Great experience. The car was new and clean. I Had to extend vehicle hire which was really easy to do via online site. Dropped car back using out of hours service which was really easy and straight forward. I would definitely use sixt again.

The staff who were in the office and gave me the car in the garage were super friendly, so this is no reflection on them.
I’m awarding one star because I was erroneously charged a late fee even though I returned the car within the agreed rental period. I returned the car keys in the out of hours box and I suspect it might be fairly common practice to add on a charge to the invoice, so keep an eye out for this.

Easy 5* for Sixt @ Caledonian Road! Pickup & return was super smooth, damages were willingly shown to me and staff at the pickup lot were informative of the functions of the van. Agent at the front desk was covering from another branch and STILL handled everything with ease; even though they were struggling for available vans, I drove away in something that suited my needs. Invoice & return of deposit was rapid too! Would definitely recommend to friends & family

I'm sure you have good reasons. but for example when we return the rented car for 1 week after 1 day, it is ridiculous that they do not refund the remaining days or at least a few days. Do you keep the car in the garage for 5 days after we brought back after 1 day, so it can not rented? anyway, we're still a little satisfied
