Thrifty Car and Van Rental Preston

Very easy to deal with. Every answer was "yes, no problem". Gavin made it all very simple and straight forward. He offered upgrades and extras as expected, but didn't fake treat me like an idiot - like some companies do - when I refused excess waiver upgrade. The van was pretty much brand new, very clean and economical. I was able to leave my car there all weekend at no extra charge. Very good value for money.

I hired a BMW M4 for the weekend from Thrifty Preston and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the car was everything I expected and more. Service was quick and efficient. Will definitely use again.

Due to a car accident we rented a hire car through thrifty. From start to finish I can not fault them. Every single staff member was polite and helpful. The lovely lady who answers the phone goes above and beyond to help you. If ever we needed to rent a car again we wouldn't go anywhere else other that this company. Let me down 24 hours before I needed the car. No empathy by staff member and no alternative. Was promised a refund and 2 weeks later still not had the refund. Rang up to chase and staff member Darren acted like I was the one in the wrong by chasing my money up and wouldn’t give me a straight answer. Very unprofessional
