SIXT Car & Van Hire - Epsom

Staff are friendly and general customer service is good.Very small car park though so sometimes it can be a pain when busy

Great car hire experience. Just want to say thanks to Mustafa Ahmed. I arrived a little before closing and had a good chat with him as he processed my documents. He was patient and friendly and did not make me feel like I needed to get out of there ASAP.

The car was fantastic. I found it to be in very good condition and well looked after. It drives like a dream, very comfortable and faster than it looks. There are tons of gadgets and driver comforts at my disposal such as Apple CarPlay which made connecting my phone to the car a breeze.

Thanks once again. I will definitely hire from them again.

Very helpful staff and a smoothly run service. The manager has an excellent customer satisfaction attitude and dealt with everything we needed promptly and even refunded us twice the amount we paid for a sack barrow that was forgotten. I needed to hire my vehicle for a last minute extra day that was dealt with immediately and without any stress or hassle. Oh and due to the lack of customer parking the manager organised for us both to be driven to our owned car in one of the companies high end hire cars.

Friendly, efficient and quality service that can't compare. I will honestly not use any other car hire service! There are so many aspects that I like about Sixt but the most valued is the personable service I always receive from Federica and her team at the Epsom branch. Lock down restrictions have really put a damper on travel and getaway plans but despite this Sixt have been supportive and understanding in the need for date changes or cancellations. I look forward to my next pick up with them!

Federica was extremely kind and considerate especially in the circumstances that we all find ourselves in at the moment.
I had the car for 3 months in total and each time I contacted her she replied promptly (even on her day off) and was always very helpful.
She is a great asset and ambassador for the company.

Very happy with the service we received from Frederica and her team were very helpful and accommodating to our hire and nature of work. It was great to deal with someone who is empathetic. We tend to use this branch specifically, despite others being closer because of the quality of service we've received. Tea and coffee offered with a smile on every welcome (makes a difference) 100% recommend.

Fantastic customer service at Sixt in Epsom. I hired a van to move house during lockdown & Federica the manager went out of her way to help me. The branch was closed & She went especially to the Epsom branch to let me pick up the van a day early. Good choice of vehicles and very good price. Highly recommend!
