Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Gravesend

Branch Manager Jan was a delight to deal with, swift and stress free and staff in general was all polite and professional. I was given a brand new Volvo XC90 for a loan car which was a brilliant and all round solid car.

We rented a van and although we didn't feel it had been cleaned very well, the customer service from Lanre made up for it. He was attentive, polite and shared the right amount of enthusiasm. I would definitely use this branch again because of him.

Lanre was a great from start to finish of the whole experience! I had a lovely corsa whilst my car was in repair and everything went super smoothly!

Had an issue with my rental van breaking down in March, still awaiting compensation and the matter to be resolved 4 months later. Have sent over 40 emails chasing and many phone calls, never get a response. Used to use Enterprise fairly regularly but never again if they can’t resolve a problem like this.

Reserved a car for same day and got a free upgrade. Pleasant staff and nice cars

Very friendly and efficient. We had a minor delay collecting a hire vehicle as the one due had just suffered a cracked windscreen, but the staff (who were down in numbers) produced a more than adequate substitute very quickly and maintained very pleasant, calm and professional demeanour throughout.

One note: the entrance is on a very busy junction. It took us several minutes to cover the final 100 yards at 4.00 on a weekday and that was after "typical" heavy traffic through the town.

Second time within 2 months I have needed to hire a van and Jan, Kajini and Lanre have all provided excellent and friendly service. Quick pick up and drop off turn around times so happy to open an account with them as will be needing more vans on a regular basis.
