Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Brentford

Do you not go near that company they’re delivering extremely filthy vehicles, very rude very dishonest terrible customer service, When you make a complaint to the customer service Brentford branch Alex manager saying the vehicle was clean where are as the customers were lying, Luckily we took the pictures to prove it.They’re not even deserve one star. They just send me a respond and ask me to send them correspondence to the email below the email do not even exist I just tried to respond to that email the customer service is properly disgusting

So I had rented a car online and when I got there it was a great experience, the customer advisor knew what you was doing, professional and honest, I was upgraded to a better car and I love the experience Mr. Kishan Patel thank you for being great at what you do!!! Will recommend to friends and family

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade. Unfortunately we returned with a small scratch (thanks to the narrow roads in Cornwall)... but that was not a problem. Would definitely recommend this company!

Four stars thanks to Trish who was very kind and helpful, no real assistance from her new colleague. We returned the car with 136 miles worth of petrol; no refund offered and certainly no apology. Not sure we will use this service again.

Excellent customer service - above and beyond. Especially Monica, Trish and Imaan, who helped transfer a large van full of items to a new van when I discovered a flat tyre just before a long trip whilst moving house. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we weren't able to get the tyre replaced and I was so relieved when the customer service team said they would help out, so that I was able to get on my way. Everyone was very kind to me. There were no problems with the new van, it was all smooth sailing from then on. Big thanks to the team at Brentford!

Excellent experience after my insurance passed me onto Enterprise as I required a courtesy car after having been in an accident and needing the courtesy ASAP. I was given the car the day after the accident.

Imaan in particular was outstanding - understanding and kind yet polite and professional - he is a real testament to the service Enterprise provide and I would not hesitate to use Enterprise again in future should I need a rental, in thanks due to the great experience provided by Imaan. Use this branch if you need a reliable service.

Staff have attitude and treat customers in unprofessional way. I rented a car here on a weekly basis for more than a year, forget my license at home one time and they refuse to help me, they have all my details on the system and all staff know me, new manager with no customer service experience, very poor, try a different branch, this one ruined the Enterprise experience for me!! Disappointed ex-loyal customer.
