Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise

Used to be great with jack on the case, sadly the current employees are pretty useless. No response to enquiries without chasing them up. Not a very exotic experience sadly, having used them several times I went elsewhere due to such shabby customer care.

Hired mercedes E63 from these guys. Brilliant service from the team. Car was nice and clean. Will definitely be using them again. Would highly recommend. Thanks again guys

The worse experience of my whole life, never get back to when called, do not reply back to you, put a complaint and still waiting to hear from them. Got a car fine, i had to chase them 4 times and they finally sent it 6-7 weeks later. They will screw you over.

Honestly, they aint the smartest cookies in branch but the whole service was poor and never will i hire again with them. Just be careful when giving your card payment to this firm aswell.

Unsure if they know the meaning of like for like vehicles . Don’t seem to be knowledgeable on vehicles. I would avoid if possible

Absolutely brilliant service and extremely helpful! MASSIVE SHOUTOUT TO PAUL who delivered my vehicle. He started early to get it to me for a certain time, he rang me on the journey from Heathrow to Bolton to keep me updated on his arrival time. When he arrived he was pleasant, chatty and very helpful! The whole service has been excellent and wouldn’t hesitate using their services again! Thanks for everything!

Initially provided me with an Audi S4 at short notice thanks to Andrew the Branch manager. Unfortunately I had a few personal issues with the S4 and requested a change. It was all going well till then. I got messed around by what vehicles I could and couldn't have and eventually was told I could have a Mercedes S500. I wasn't happy due to the significant insurance costs incurred due to having to put it on my own car insurance.

When collecting the S500 I wasn't impressed with the damage on the vehicle. Considering this is supposed to be an exotics car and people pay premium prices for it, it should not be in the state it is. 4 significantly damage alloy wheels, 3 major scuff marks to the front and rear bumpers, it is so unprofessional.

To top it off, when you try and correct the issues no one is interested and the manager isn't available.

Very impressed with the professionalism and service from Exotic.
Even though the SLC had a minor problem, the team dealt with it quickly and efficiently.
I would not hesitate to use them again - thank you!
