Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Enfield

Like the other 2 branches (Bow and Thornton Heath), the staff at the Brimsdown Branch always provide good customer Service every time I've hired a van or car. Shout out to Derek, Mehmet, Matt and others I have not mentioned who are always polite and helpful. Great staff with the right attitude 👌🏾

I came across this particular branch of Enterprise through my insurance company and was asked to collect a car from them.

Enterprise were very good throughout the duration I had the car and would call regularly with any relevant updates which ensured I was in the loop and had all the relevant information regarding the hiring of my car.

Once I got to the branch, I was served by Sen. I was very impressed with his conduct and knowledge. I found him to be very approachable and polite. I had a number of questions that he had no trouble answering and it helped to put me at ease with the hiring of the car. I had a bad experience with another company previously so was a little anxious at first.

I was also served by Sen when returning the car and had the same consistent level of service on that occasion also. This branch is definitely a good example of how a car hire company should operate. I would feel confident in using Enterprise services in the future.

Great car and service.
My car was ordered for 8am and dropped off at 8:45am. I called up to see the issue and they let me know that they open at 8am so cannot deliver cars on the dot. It would be better if the website was clearer on this.
My car was dropped off by a lovely man called Sen who was very apologetic about the delay. He showed me around the car, and we checked for any marks.
The car itself was amazing, no issues at all for my 500 mile round trip on only 1 tank. All in all, great experience and will be using Enfield Enterprise again

Great customer service and informative with regards to any extra charges covering the damage clauses. Able to book the car for rental quick and easy affordable price. All the staff at the enfield branch were friendly and accommodating. Rang to say would be a little late bringing the car back due to stuck in traffic staff were very accommodating and stayed open late so we could make the return day. Would definitely recommend 👍

We hired a transit for our house move out of London, and got stuck in lot of traffic on our way back to the office to return the van. Mehmet came to the rescue and was super accommodating with our return arrangements.
He is the most amazing asset to the Enfield team, and we are so very grateful to him.

Hired a midrange car 01/12/2022. Really super experience from the team @ Enterprise Brimsdown. Ishmael dealt with my booking - he was friendly, proficient, thorough, professional. He knows his job well, and delivered great customer service - as did the whole team. Absolutely no complaints - the car was clean and operated as expected, the checkin and checkout was smooth, everyone was polite and I felt respected as a single woman.
Well done chaps, if I am in the area I will use you again. 10/10

Michael Craveiro has managed our booking (which we did half an hour before to pick the van up) on in an very professional manner. Friendly and polite, he made us feel the general customer service with what the branch treat any client; definitely their standard is for very far the best we have experienced in London in a long time renting a Van regarding the others companies, and of course, it is very high.

The van was bit more than 10K miles, and drove quite well, literally was like brand new. The general state of it was excellent.
The interaction with the rest of the staff was very professional and polite too, which made us decided no change the rental Van company in the future anymore.

Very high recommended overall.

Lads down at Enfield Enterprise couldn't be more helpful. secured the van i needed from another branch and had it ready for me on arrival. definitely would go to them again when i need another rental.
