Terrible. It takes forever to get there by bus. Once you get there it takes forever until you get your car by a yawning operator. The car we got was pretty beaten up. And the price you pay is rather high. On the way back we waited 20 minutes for the bus. At least the person checking the car was friendly. As bad as renting a car gets!

Sometime there is long wait in the counter.

Remember to take images before you leave when you take the car. Staff may examine the car when return in very details.

Probably the worst experience of any hire car place I have received. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a hard sell. We had booked a very reasonably priced ford focus(or similar). New Ford Focus looks lovely(we now live Abroad and so had not seen it). The man behind the counter went hard on the up sell. Amazingly there was a Mercedes he could do for a great price, 600 more thank our booking (not a great price). Okay I got a great car, Skoda Octavia, 300 more(again not a great price). We told him they were not great deals and can we just get the vehicle we had booked. Clearly annoyed at no sell(we refused everything from there and even a second driver, so no upsell at all). What we ended up with was nothing short of a disgrace. A Vauxhall Mokka, not a single panel was not damaged, even the parcel shelf was not the shelf for the vehicle. This place is a disgrace and the hard sell belongs in double glazing or timeshares. What we ordered and what we got, could not even be comparable. I would avoid this place.

We were touring the UK for 28 days and used Europcar for our vehicle rental. Overall, our experience was good. We were told that satellite GPS only came in an upgraded vehicle and we were obligated to get a larger vehicle than what we wanted. This is not necessarily a good thing when traveling the back roads of England. The check in/check out process was quick and easy with no particular problems.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service that I received from your company during my recent rental. From the moment I made my reservation online, to the time I returned the car at the end of my trip, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Not the case when using other local companies.

I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff at the rental counter. They took the time to explain all of the features of the car and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I set off on my journey.

I will definitely be using your services again in the future and will be sure to recommend your company to friends and family. Thank you for making my car rental experience such a positive one.

Car: it was a nice fiat 500 and everything was perfect. No problems at all and drove around 1000km.

Service: Not reachable by foot, and it felt like getting „offered“ a scam. Already booked a car with two drivers and full insurance but it was not a diesel and manual car. The „offer“ was a diesel car with automatic but for the double price and without a second driver.

Europcar never fail to impress!

Went with my neice (S.Ahmed) to collect a hire car on Tuesday 26th Oct 21.

Fast and friendly service, our booking was handled by Ali. We returned the vehicle on Fri 29th October 21, once again the process was effortless.

My neice came over from Denmark and needed a vehicle for a few days.

If you arriving to the UK and need to book and collect a hire car, I can unequivocally recommend from my experience that you will not be disappointed with Europcar at London Heathrow.

The location is large and spacious and full Covid-19 protocols are in place. Regular shuttle service to and from all London Heathrow Terminals too.
