This branch of Enterprise is absolutely excellent. They were efficient from first point of contact right up to returning the vehicle. The levels of customer service were very high and i will for sure be returning if i need another rental vehicle.

I’ve been renting cars and vans from them for a while now. I’ve always had really good service from them. I’ve only experienced a hiccup just once where the type of vehicle wasn’t available on the day due to breakdowns. But even still, they made sure I received a vehicle that suited my needs. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent vehicles.

Second time I've used them and still very happy. Car was amazing and a pleasure to drive, service professional. I cannot recall names of all staff as it's been a long rental, but I remember Manny who finalised the rental return. He was very friendly and professional.

Didn't accept Debet Card even website says they do. 13th Nov they cancelled my payment, as Revolut card cannot be accepted for deposit. Today 26th November still waiting for refund....no words. And Dominica, totally ignored customers, Sunday afternoon she refused booking as she's let us know enterprise won't car for Monday noon, 1hour later I did it online. Never again. Service-100!!

Great service. My partner at the time had new damage to her rental car. Wasn't noticed on return. Would recommend.
