Very nice service at rhe pick up store and also prior to my arrival withe their email response. Conveniently located in South Kensington area and allows you to drop off at night. All cars are quite new and include GPS so no need to worry too much add on. It may not be the cheapest but the service and car quality are top notch. Gives you a peace of mind.

Ok experience, gave the wrong car then changed it. Did home delivery for free in London. They say they will charge you but it is meant to be for free. Gave 4 door instead of coupe the delivered the coupe to my preferred location.

wild rules about payment. only a credit card. Since when is cash not considered money? if I came as a tourist and my card was blocked, I have no right to rent a car?! people without credit cards are no longer people?! where is your loyalty? where is your customer focus? thank you spoiled mood .... wildly

Using Avis Prestige UK was one my better international car rental experiences. We booked on short notice because the previous rental agency cancelled our luxury rental due to lack of availability. We then booked through Avis Prestige without issue.

We were met at the Heathrow gate by an Avis Prestige employee who took us to the car and handled the paperwork efficiently at the car. This was very convenient and shortened the amount of time we had to spend at the airport versus going to a rental counter and dealing with the normal queues and processing time.

The Mercedes AMG we had was fine and the overall price with the included insurance and services was very good value.

The only area I think Avis Prestige could improve upon was the return process. While pickup was very efficient and premium, dropoff was at the regular Avis rental depot on the ringroad around Heathrow. We then had to wait and take a crowded shuttle bus to the airport terminal. While this is certainly acceptable, the drop off process does fall short of "Prestige" as it is just standard Avis at this point.

Appalling service. They have charged me incorrectly. It took me months to get my money back. After they confirm of refund they charge me for the refund amount instead of refunding me the amount. Having spent about 2K for a car for 7 days I definitely don’t deserve a service like this. PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR INVOICE AND CALCULATE ALWAYS!

Amazing to have cars like this for hire. By far the cleanest, newest-smelling car I’ve rented in my life despite 21k miles on the odometer.

Jaime went above and beyond after I had a flat tyre in West Sussex… finding a shop with the tyre in stock and waiving the late return fee.

How amazing to see Sussex and Hampshire at my leisure in a car of this quality.

Overcharged. As a loyal business customer, I was disappointed with Avis Prestige's decision to charge an additional day's hire for returning the car 2 hours later than anticipated. Considering the car was returned Sunday PM (office closed), one would expect some flexibility with a view to maintain a good customer relationship. Unfortunately, the company felt it was in their best interest to uphold their policy and charge additionally. As a result, I will not be doing business with Avis Prestige anymore.

Customer experience really poor - booked car through Avis, 'checked in' online expecting to be able to pick the car up quickly. Arrived for pickup, Avis have no record of the booking. 10 mins later a chap turns up with paper forms asking me to fill them in so that I can hire the car. Explains that Avis Prestige don't have any details as car was booked through Avis and they can't share details. After more time speaking to their Head Office, all sorted and I can take the car. When you pay a premium for a car you expect the service to be premium too - it really wasn't here. It's 2021, having a great online experience that works through to delivery is a basic requirement to do business that even small companies understand and get right, so why can't Avis / Avis Prestige!
