VWFS Rent-a-Car Slough

We booked with VWFS Rent a car when we were going to France as road trip. We were dealt by Gary, who was so lovely and Informative. He gave us helpful advice when picking what car we wanted and made sure it was perfect for the whole family. Kids loved the car and said it was super comfy and were sad that we had to give it back. We’ve got some more trips planned for the new year and will definitely be coming back to Gary and his team. Great customer service and reasonable prices too. Will definitely recommend.

Borrowed a VW Caravelle Executive to do a family trip to Cornwall from Buckinghamshire and loved every minute of it - great driving experience and she was surprisingly easy to park and manoeuvre. Having done this journey loads of times, it was the best run I've ever done especially due to the ACC cruise control which made the painful 50mph Avg speed checks all down the M4 works sections bearable. Gary and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with and the rates for everything (including 2x additional insured drivers) were fantastic. Will definitely use them again. Thanks a million

this is a very underrated rental…happy that we found the rental very affordable price compared to enterprise.
Car was in perfect condition and I would highly recommend it.

We were visiting family in the UK for a month and this is by far the best service we've had in the UK. Good value, lovely people, great cars, good communication, and when you go to pick the car up you aren't bombarded with half an hour of hard selling additional insurance like all the big rental companies.
Will definitely be using them again and can't recommend them highly enough.

What a find! Way cheaper than the usual suspects and much better service. If you are flying into Heathrow, get a cab to Slough and save yourself ALOT of money. The service is very efficient, friendly and professional. We had no issues what so ever with the car and have since recommended them to friends who have also had a great experience.

Extremely slow service. You will regret renting a car from here just to save a few pounds. Better opt for a standard car rental company rather than VWFS.

For a slight dent on the car (after keeping it for 25 days) they charged us an exaggerated amount to not repair the dent but replace the entire panel. Extremely stupid.

I had a great experience renting a car with VWFS Rent-a-Car Slough. I booked a 7-seater Skoda Kodiaq which is exactly what we needed for a road trip for a group of 6 people.

Our Rental Supervisor, Waseem Hussain was of a great help and made the process easy from start to finish. Handover of the car was straightforward and return of the car was painless as well.

Mileage allowance was excellent, so it was good knowing we had peace of mind when travelling and not having to worry about exceeding mileage allowance for example. Despite being a petrol car, we got excellent MPG throughout usage of the vehicle.

All in all a good experience. The vehicle itself was excellent, reliable and comfortable to drive.

I highly recommend using VWFS Rent-a-Car Slough if you require a rental vehicle for good value. They were the only company around to offer us a good rate for the vehicle we needed, despite short notice on our end.

Hired a Skoda Kodiaq for a week - the second time I have rented from them - and the service again was excellent. Special mention to Wassem Hussain who was very good throughout the whole process even when I contracted covid and had to return the vehicle 3 days late as I was isolating. He did not charge me for all the extra days, and he was fully understanding of the situation I was in even though the only criticism I would have is that Skoda did not have any protocols in place for such a situation.
In summary I would highly recommend Rent-a-Car Slough much cheaper than other rental companies like Enterprise for example, more choice of vehicles and a great service. Will be using them again in the future.
