Get the great new electric car for rent to buy. Easily done by the staff in Otto Car. Process was painless and quick. I am now with the car over 1 year. Very happy with it. And regular servicing is done without a problems. Recommended. If you want to have a nice new car and start working soon as possible. Very efficient team.

Despite the office being very busy everyone was frequently assured that they would be seen asap. The staff were very professional and keen to help. I hired vehicle from otto car Hammersmith branch for six months. I am really happy with service. Branch manager Abdul is extremely professional. I am happy the way he served me. Karen is helpful member of staff too. Vehicle was well maintained. No any issue at all. They have set procedures for all issue. I am on holiday thats why I gave them car back. But as soo as I am back to the work, I will prefer to get car from otto car. Trust worth company. You guys can hire with confidence.

I am renting from otto car since 2018. Always helpful, best customers service, efficient, and the cheapest prices compared to other companies. Also flexibility throughout the miles that you are allowed to do.

I've rented a car with Otto for more than 4 years and I've always been well attended.
But unfortunately they are no longer giving the same support they did before.
I imagine that in their minds 99% of drivers do app jobs like Uber for example.
I did a contract with otto rent to buy of a Mercedes Vito and I’m working for a private company as a chauffeur!
My car had a mechanical problem and it will only be ready in January.
I need to get a new Mercedes by Tuesday otherwise I'll miss all the jobs I have scheduled for the month of December.
I've been talking to Otto for almost two weeks about this problem and the only support they gave me was a Toyota Prius. (courtesy car).
I can say that they are super polite but politeness won't pay my bills.
