3. Premium Location Fee 255.22Ukp, whats that all about? An extra 200.UKp is added at the start an refunded on return, I was never informed of this. The bottom line is compare companies and dissect the Rental Agreement before picking up the car.

Its been a month since I sent Chad the details he asked for, no reply as yet.
I am adding this follow up for two reasons,
1 Google has informed me my review has been viewed by over 1000 people, so make your own decisions regarding this Heathrow car rental company.
2 I have been describing my experience with Enterprise with a friend who is customer service , she was very surprised, she told me that Enterprise are very aware of interaction with customers and make it a high priority to make sure everybody is satisfied, obviously not the Heathrow Airport branch.
Reading the 1 & 2 star reviews a trend has emerged, the customer service agents, John, Laura, Chris R, HH, SR, Lisa s, Ed, KB, stacy, Ebony, to name a few just go through the motions of asking for more details, then never follow up when they have said details.
I hope bad service and rip off mentality is only confined to the Heathrow outlet

Drop off was quick and pleasant as well. Google map took me to precise location. It took less than 5 minutes to complete drop off process. And then a free ride to Heathrow terminal.
Look forward to the next trip to the UK. Will surely hire car again.
I picked up the car at 0700 and it was dark. The car was parked in a dark car park and the flood lights were not operative. The car looked ok, no dents so I accepted the condition and drove to my destination. I did around 120 miles 95% on the M25. I returned the car at 7pm and this time the return bay was floodlit very well. The staff noticed a small chip in the tyre. I explained that I only drove on the motorway and had not been anywhere near a curb or pothole. Obviously they don’t value customer service since I won’t be returning as they have charged my credit card over £120 for this damage which was not caused by myself. They didn’t even bother to contact me to let me know of this charge. It feels criminal to be charged like this for damage not caused by myself. If I had have cause the damage then fair enough but this was 100% not the case.
I was told the tyre needs replacement as it’s a safety issue. So I should be the concerned party in this since they have supplied me with a car that was not safe.
DO NOT use this company. They might try to rip you off too. I will contest the charge and go to court if need be. Could it be that this company deliberately not switch on the floodlights in the pickup area? And fit a tyre with a small chip in the sidewall that you cannot see on pickup but their staff easily find it on drop off under the floodlights. Magic! It’s an easy £120 to make. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
