Fantastic service from Enterprise from start to finish. Make sure you check the car and take photos before the rental. They also offer a pick up and drop off service from Sytner BMW which is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Customer service on the phone and in person is absolutely great. Easy pick up and drop off. Good selection of cars available. I would highly recommend Enterprise. Thank you Enterprise 👍

Well on picking up my replacement car i was told no pets.
I said i picked a member of staff up that was blind and had a guide dog.
They said no animals to start with, then said put a blanket down after i told them it was discrimination.
Also oil change light was on all the time.
Was told the fuel tank was 7/8 i don't know where they went school!!!!!! See picture.

Had a courtesy car through my insurance, all was sorted, i didn't have to pay a penny, they were very efficient, professional and easy. The car provided was pretty new however smelt like someone had smoked in it before a few times and it had embedded in the fabric.

I was given a fantastic service, after dropping the car off, a very kind employee (I cant remember his name but he was lovely! Young and loves LCFC) gave me a lift to the garage where i could pick my new car up. I was very grateful because it was raining and also a trek!!

Amazing experience with this place, amazing, positive and helpful team over there.
I have received courtesy car from them and to be honest I thought I will not be taken as a customer but just quick pass the car and f@#¡ off attitude but I was wrong.
What I have experienced was top quality help really warm cheerful attitude, after a while had little issue with the car which was fixed and next day I still received visit from one of the members of staff at my address with new car, and was explained that they just pop down to change my car just in case (also received upgrade 😜)!
I would strongly recommend this place for anybody who need to rent a car for any period of time. No stress, no hustle, pleasant and helpful team!!!

P.S. Had car from there for over a month so know what I'm talking about 😉😎

Hired a car back in June. The branch contacted me 30 minutes before I was suppose to collect the vehicle and cancelled my booking due to not having any vehicles. They said my money would be refunded.

9 weeks later I still haven’t received my refund. I have contacted the branch several times. Every staff member I speak to comes across incompetent. They tell me they will speak to the manager and get back to me, they never do. Not once.

After 5 weeks I was finally told the refund had been processed and should receive it within 5 working days. 4 weeks on and still no refund and no word from the branch.

After trying time and time again, I have finally given up with the matter and will take the loss. It is simply not worth the frustration or time spent.

If you value your time or hard earned money, I would avoid using this branch at all costs. Especially if last minute cancellations are likely to cause an inconvenience to your plans.

Simply put, THE worst customer service I have received from any company ever. £115 down the drain through no fault but their own.

UPDATE 2 - After asking fours for someone to contact me, someone did but has not replied to my email after a month. Absolutely disgraceful customer handling. Rude.

UPDATE- After asking to talk to a manager which was 10 days ago, they haven’t had the decency to respond to my request.

I’ve used Enterprise for many years but after today, not anymore. The attitude is disgraceful.
I had left a valuable asset in the van I had hired for the past week and knew 100% I had left it in the van, however they have denied anything was left in the van after going down there, and being patronisingly spoken to. The cleanliness of the vehicles has been going down over the years as well, not as clean as local companies such as Paul’s car rentals even after mentioning many times in the past. Van I had as well had number of chips in window screen which they were aware of when I hired it.

Tarnjit Bawja in the Leicester branch is rudley spoken . Expressing stuck up attitude on return of my vehicle . Very poor service from enterprise - was given a car with illegal tyres

Staff are courteous. Just not sure I would call the car "clean". Maybe double check if your guys look at the interiors! Windscreen was filthy with handprints and there was some sort of sticky residue on the buttons
