The worst most devastating experience I ever had. I had to have a higher car for my broken car 4 times and its been worse and worse with these guys.
GIVES WRONG INFORMATION / UNPROFESSIONAL / RUDE / INCOMPETENT
I would rely on taxis rather than hiring from Enterprise for once!!! I was unfortunately referred by my breakdown cover who said “enterprise been playing around with words and not knowing what they doing”
1-Once, they called saying the car is booked for me at specific time and they will arrange to pick me up to their branch. When I called before the time to ask on picking up time, they gave me a wrong address and therefore cancelled my booking and referred to another branch leaving me on the phone without even saying they are transferring me !!
2-On collecting a car on one occasion, they told me that I will need to pay double of what I should as access! The guy said I will be liable for any scratch on tyres and body which turned out to be completely wrong and there is a maximum damage that is counted as wear and tear!!
3-They asked me to drop the car back to their branch when my car was fixed at the leadership! This turned out to be wrong and dealership were crossed with their attitude and unprofessionalism and said it is their responsibility to collect their car from the dealership and I don't have to return it to their branch!!
4-They are contracted to keep me mobile (with my breakdown cover) until they provide me with a higher car. They kept saying they don't know and the central branch was referring to the local ones and the locals refer back to centre and to my breakdown agency . Dealing with enterprise was a nightmare on ALL occasion.
5-On trying to reach the manager (Mohammed Semani), he just ignored the emails and calls after his agents were giving his contact details as they cannot sort out issues themselves!!!
I Will not encourage anyone i associate with to hire or rather will I be patronising there business ever again, I hire a van over the weekend for moving small furniture. Pickup Friday 20th of January at Harrow branch to return sunday 22nd of January to Waterloo branche due to Harrow branch being closed on sunday, pickup time was originally scheduled for 3pm but due to unforeseen circumstances, I manage to change time for 1pm with the intention of running back to my training as I was press for time. I made a quick video of the van as the van was badly damaged, I even point out some more damage to which the assistance manager by the of Christopher assured me that everything as being lodge.
Fast forward to sunday when I went to return the van, the lady who served by the Bola checked the van and asked if the damage on the offside and around the van's bumper was done by me. I said No that it was all there when I pickup the van from Harrow branch and added that I made a video of the damages. She then proceeded to inspecting the tyres and asked if the video included the damage on the tyre to which. We both looked at video again and saw the video showed me pointing to damages before recording the driver's side tyres. She then said that she had to log in all the damages as the van was collected from Harrow branch and Waterloo branch are now the new owners and so they have to log in everything.
She then asked me to sign that the tyre was damaged to which I refused because it was obvious that the damage to the tyre she was referring to wasn't new. She asked me to email the video across to her, which I did on the spot but claimed she did not receive the email.
Fast forward to this morning 23rd of January at 8am when I manage to reach the Harrow branch, found out what's going on. As they have my £200 deposit, let me be clear of one thing as a long time user of enterprise service. I've never seen such a rude and abrupt assistance manager, as the conversation wasn't going anywhere i ask to speak to branche manager by the name Mohammed. That then ask me to resent the 44 second video which clearly shows me pursing and pointing to damages on Van's and tyres only to be told they are withholding my £200 deposit. Refuse to send the list of lodge damages upon my request, and still No genuine attend to resolve or refund my deposit.. this is probably the longest review iv had the pleasure of writing if it helps someone else not to be Scram..
Needing a replacement vehicle for my broken down vehicle they failed badly to provide a suitable replacement. Every contact resulted in another excuse not to deliver.
