Excellent customer service 👏 above and beyond the usually expected level of service!!! The staff and manager at this branch in Canterbury are a credit to the company and need to be recognised for this!!!! Your smashing it!!!

Car did not have air conditioning. Had to drive 5 hrs in the sun. Returned the car with 1/8th fuel less than I picked it up in. I only put £20 in for a 260 mile journey, they tried to charge me £38!!! (should have come to about £4.50) Returned the fuel money as a ‘gesture of good will’ for my air con not working and then when I complained and they offered 25% back… I disagreed and then IT TOOK A WEEK TO COME BACK TO ME AND THEN SAID THEY WERE CLOSING THE CASE AS THEY THINK A REFUND OF £40 (25%) IS ADEQUATE COMPENSATION Would you sit in a blue corsa for 5 hours with no air con if I paid you £40??? don’t think so!! I already asked to escalate it but seems as thought they are ignoring that and deciding in branch. Awful!

I have a problem , I have used them in the past all good. I have a loyalty card with them -however. Now when I try to use them they will not accept a debit card for payment . I got rid of all my credit cards a couple of years ago .I don't need credit. but now it is impossible to rent with them.

Unusual to give 5 stars to a rental company. They have been extremely friendly and helpful

Ring to book a car ,prices and driving licence details. They will give you an appointed time to collect your car. Ensure
That you take your licence with you so they can verify your photo. Very polite and helpful. I was only there for 10 minutes.
Covid secure.would definitely recommend.
