I understand there's a squeeze with staffing in the pandemic, but staff didn't show up until 20+ mins after the posted opening time of 8am, at which point there was a queue of about 5 or 6 people.

The car itself was decent. Returning is quite challenging as it's in an underground car park with limited space. Location is great for transport connections into London and access out of the city by road.

Rented a SUV for a couple of days. The booking process was seamless and efficient. The SUV was clean on collection and trouble free throughout our use. Returning the car was also a breeze. All made possible by the excellent attention and service from Kias and the team at Enterprise St John's Wood !!

I am deducting a point for Enterprise as a company, as I feel their booking system needs to be better intergrated with their inventory system. However, that’s not a reflection on the individual branch. I had goofed and I had realized I had not booked a car for my 2 week stay in the UK. In a panic I started to find a car online. The Enterprise online system said there were SUV’s available at this branch, but I received a call promptly from them to let me know they did not have any. In the end I’m glad I didn’t get a suv, because I forgot how narrow the roads in the UK are. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would use this branch again! Thank you for an easy check out and return experience! The car we had was also spotless. With 2 kids, we tried to return it in the same impeccable condition!

I always dread hiring a car, usually complicated and confusing but this was simple as pie.
Jordan was very helpful and personable. I was kept informed at all times, the car was delivered promptly.
Big thumbs up from me.

All I would say about negative reviews is that you get treated the way you treat others. Negative reviews say more about the reviewer than the reviewed.

The worst branch with poor staff attitude no customer service it’s enterprise’s managements fault for not holding their staff accountable for their incompetence. I was waiting for over 1 hour to have my rental car delivered no one showed up then I had to call several times then when they arrived with the car it was very dirty, the staff member who dropped it off did not apologise for being late. After driving the car for few hours a sign came on to top up add-blue, when I called the branch I was told I had to buy it my self, i questioned why I was given a car without sufficient add-blue was told bluntly that this happens & I would need to provide a receipt then they would just reimburse me, it’s been over a month I have made numerous calls till date no one is willing to process my refund. I have been given excuses & promise’s that I will be called back but they never do. I am a Motability customer & in the future I will advise everyone not to hire cars from this branch absolutely terrible service with no genuine interest whatsoever in staff doing their jobs adequately. My advice AVOID this branch.

Not a good experience, pre booked a small van 2 weeks ahead of pick up date, was advised everything would run smoothly.

The vehicle was not ready as promised, they didn't call my employee like the advised, we had to wait around an hour additionally and then the van was a different vehicle to what I was advised. The van we were promised clearly wasn't brought back on time, so we were given a very basic model with no parking sensors or bluetooth.

They then charged my colleague an additional 1k in fees on the day, and lured him in (conned) him to believe he needed all these extras even though we booked for what we required and that's what we wanted.

Poor customer service, I advised from the start how much we've been messed about by rental companies, to quite frankly just receive the same service from this branch.

Efficient pick up of the van (<5mins), no selling of unnecessary extras. Drop-off was a simple and quick process. Everything you want from a hire service, and nothing you don’t. Will use again. Thanks

We had a train to catch at 7:40am, but they didn’t open for car returns until 8am. The manager (I believe) came in early just to help us make our train. Very kind and fantastic service!!!
