Ordered a van for £70 over 12 hours, returned without a scratch and they charged me £431. The van was absolutely stuffed, and had an electronic error causing a constant beeping while driving. No-one answers the phone, emails are not responded to, and "24/7" is a lie because the car park is locked over night, so they charge you late or early fees because you cant get the car back into the car park!

Put a £60 hold on my card then cancelled my confirmed booking because their system uses Experian (and only Experian) for address checks, and that takes six months to update after you change address.
