Total rubbish service, useless, is an automated service, that means there's no one helping you on site. I found myself at IKEA with a bed frame and no van for they cancelled my booking 30 minutes before my booking started. On site there is a tablet to connect you with Hertz and, guess what, it doesn't work, for a while they say in IKEA.
