Enterprise Car Club - London, Chadwell Lane (New River Village)

Collecting the was relatively straightforward for my first reservation. Customer service was very helpful and patient.

The car in this location is pretty decent, haven't had any major issues so far. Nice quiet location to pick up a rental car.

Bit of a wait to get connected to customer care sometimes but they are always friendly and helpful in assisting with any issues.
I wish there was another car around just to give some extra capacity around this area. There's not much choice around so if someone's booked it this weekend it's just tough luck.
