No problems before or during the rental and the car was fun to drive. The car was returned without any issues and only a month later did I find that my credit card had been billed £1000 without any notice (they had taken the deposit).

I queried this and they said it should not have been taken and would pay it back. The rental was in late October and I raised the issue in December. To this day (March 2014), I am still owed £1000.

DO NOT USE!

Hired a car, they changed the one i wanted at the last minute. Very poor customer service and not polite or helpful at all.

Avoid using this company

I used this company several years ago and wanted to echo the reviews here. Same issue with them witholding deposit. Because I was stationed abroad at the time, I had to send my brother round to verbally challenge them in person so that he could physically watch them perform the electronic refund. One of those companies you pray goes belly up.
