Virtuo Car Hire | London Bridge

The best rental experience. This was a huge step up from the traditional car rental companies. Better and cleaner cars than Zipcar.

The only minor things to improve on:
- it was not terribly obvious that I needed to manually end the rental. Maybe phone screen size issue, I needed to scroll down in the app to see the end rental button. I was lucky that I looked at the app after I dropped off the car and noticed the button.
- subject in the damage report email even when there was no damage could be improved. I was nervous for a second until I read the body of the email confirming that there was no damage.

Will rent from Virtuo for sure next time I need a car.

I was traveling to the UK from the Middle East. I tried to use their app so many times, and the pin confirmation number never came through my International phone number, so I could not get a car. I went to two different Virtuo car deposit places, but there were no one to talk to. I wrote them an email, and no one answered. No phone number to talk to anyone. The virtual business model sucks. I praise those who stick to real businesses with real good people to serve other good people…

Great experience from start to finish. Customer services were available within a minute or two to answer my query. Will be using again.

Always reliable and very efficient rentals. I’ve had just issues with the cables inside the car not working but other than that all good.
I would love for Virtuo to be more flexible in terms of offering for loyal and frequent users, a point system could be a great idea where you could get 10% or 20% discount after a number of rentals.

They wrote in there that they accept younger drivers under 25 years old and I am 24 but when I registered they rejected my application and I tried to contact them for a a justification but they don’t reply to emails at all, I sent the email before three weeks

Renting a car from Virtuo was a joy! The app was really easy to use for booking the car, the instructions on pick-up and drop-off were clear and easy to follow. On top of a great customer experience throughout the hire the car was also in great condition and very comfortable to drive.

Always an easy to use platform and no hassle in picking up and dropping off cars from a convenient location. Car was a bit dirty on the inside and clearly hadn’t been cleaned prior to our usage. Otherwise no complaints and would use again provided cars are cleaned.
