The customer service provided was excellent and am very happy that I booked with Hertz. The Qashqai I got on the day literally had 9 miles on it and was an absolute brilliant ride! I highly recommend Hertz for their friendly services and the cheap rates for their cars.

Excellent service, Jaz and his team have been cooperative and friendly. Cars were received in a good conditions and ready to drive. I would definitely recommend this.

Really great service today, the guy who served me was fast, friendly and efficient. A nice change from most rental places. If you are having trouble finding it's on the ground floor of the outlet mall multi story carpark, to the left of the lifts.

Very friendly team at this branch. I have visited them few times now & find people at this branch are very cooperative & cars are good too. If you are regular customer they will go out of the way to get a better car & good prices too.

We hired a car for our trip to Scotland recently from Hertz Wembley. The service and information provided for hire was great and all details given about charges and breakdown cover. Most importantly the car was 19 plate brand new and clean. Pleasure to hire the car with hertz. Will recommend friends.

Absolutely terrible. Booked a van online and when picking up I have found a hand adjusted note from a manager that he has decided to take a day off, probably. I was moving house and needed the van on this particular day. I was left with no van which caused me unnecessary troubles. Hertz happily deducted £75 from my account and still hasn’t come back to me with refund. Awful company with even more terrible customer services. Cannot even reach them over the phone. I would give 0 if I could.

A very nice place with reasonable prices and a big space for parking, however during match days, you will have to either pay £40 for a full day's parking or show a reciept that you have shopped for above £60 pounds to avail a reduced hourly parking charge

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to your staff, Florin who fixed our Huawei P30 lite phone with attention to details and effectively. As its battery was dead, Florin patiently and professionally helped us to recover 5,000 photos from the phone, for which my wife was particularly grateful.
