Enterprise Car Hire - London Stansted Airport

Having all the car rentals in the same place is a nice move. There are buses that run from terminal to this location every ten minutes and they run at least until 2am (after 12am every 15 minutes) which is nice if you have to fly early in the morning or land at night. I rented from Europcar and had excellent customer service from James. The car I rented on the other hand was already somewhat damaged and they didn't tell me when I took it, luckily I didn't get charged for it. Having additional insurance and protection is a must because every little scratch counts, even if it isn't your own fault. I booked a child seat (for an additional charge of course) and they gave me one in good condition

Rented the smallest car for £170 a day to drive from Stanstead to Manchester. The car had a terrible animal smell and the fabric seats were heavily stained. There was some problem with mechanics (rotating parts?) that made driving above 40mph extremely loud. I complained on return and was promised a callback. I had a call from the branch asking more about the issue and was promised to get another call from the manager which never followed.

Had a very pleasant experience renting from Enterprise. We booked an Mini Aygo for 3 days and the price was fair (online booking). Its just 5 mins bus journey from airport and buses run at 15 min interval so had no issues. The representative at the desk was friendly and explained all details and asked us if we want add ons which we did not. Car was spotless inside out and we had no issues while returning. The advantage is that enterprise accepts debit cards with a marginal deposit of 200 Pound which was refunded the very next day of return. Will definitely be using them again!

Antonio and Nadim we're both very helpful in the checking and checking out process. Get the full coverage if you can and definitely return the vehicle with a completely full tank to avoid the fuel charges at checkout.

I can not thank ENTERPRISE HOLDINGS enough!!! Outstanding customer service I arrived to a situation that can only be described as a real nightmare! I am a lady of 61 years I flew in from France unfortunately got held back with passport office making my arrival 20 minutes late the company HEZRTS locked up Gone home no car for me no call to ask what’s happening nothing I was devastated I saw Enterprise staff young man James what an amazing polite kind young man I explained my situation he jumped to it straight away he started to help me no problem that my reservation had been with s competitor he was incredible James along with a very softly spoken young lady Lucy got to work and looked after me like I’ve never known I was in tears but the situation was quickly resolved no drama both Lucy along with James saved myself from the worst nightmare I had to get North Yorkshire pitch black no transportation left high n dry if not for Lucy. James Enterprise Holdings staff god knows what would have happened I will always use and highly recommend this hire car company who immediately helped in a very calm professional manner outstanding above and beyond service Enterprise holdings should be proud to employ you both !!!

Friendly stuff, easy to get to from airport. Happy with Nissan juke, great to drive on the motorway. They use the latest modern cars which is great and when need it to extend the last minute it was not problem as stuff been very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend the service as I know always what I get and always the best they can get for me what car I need Monika G

Excellent service, could not fault it in any way. Was provided with an almost brand new vehicle of a slightly higher quality than the one I had rented. Called the office desk twice during the rental period to gather some administrative information, and was assisted twice in a very efficient manner. This is my second rental from this company, my previous one from a different airport, and the service is consistently great. I shall certainly be back for more.

Absolutely disgraceful customer care, abandoned at Stansted with 2 children & no prior warning. Due to delay in flight arrival we were unable to collect vehicle prior to office closure time of 10pm. When booking Enterprise did not clarify that arriving after 10pm no personnel would be present, this booking should never have been accepted so close to office closure hrs. In future will always book Europcar over Enterprise.
I have contacted Enterprise to complain & email has supposedly been passed to Stansted office, but no reply yet!
