Location is slightly remote but with tfl buses connecting nearby; only a slight walk is required.

The car was in perfect condition, delivered clean and with fuel topped up.

Staff was very friendly and quick to release and receive the vehicle hired; no time was wasted.

The car was booked online, which does have an option to have the car delivered and picked up at an additional cost. This was booked as such, and after receiving a phone call that the option is in fact not available, the booking had to be cancelled and booked again. No reason was given, but I have assumed this was due to staffing on the season.

The vehicle pickup is perhaps too straightforward, as the car is not presented before signing all the documentation, including signing off the acknowledgement of all the already existing damage, and that the fuel was in fact topped up - all before receiving the keys and being pointed out which car I was meant to pick up.

Overall good service, decent rate; I will surely consider Europcar on future bookings

Car supplied had no navigation or apple CarPlay looked like it had a quick wash and interior smells of puke/vomit

Charged me for fuel I didn’t use. Extremely disappointed with their service. Wouldn’t use them again in a million years

ensure you take photo of car when it arrives and before collection for prof of no damage to car

Rubbish service they don’t pick up there phone at all & i want to return there car back, customer service telling me from past 2 times that they gonna pick up today or tomorrow but they are not picking it up.
