Thrifty Car and Van Rental Worcester

Van was great, the service though was terrible. Seemed cheaper than my usual van rental company Practical but sneaky charges hiked it to be more expensive. Also could not just leave my car there while I was renting, and instead was made to leave it down the road as far away as possible. Practical don't do that and are much more straight up than thrifty. Lesson learned will never use them again

It was excellent experience, Our flight landed at 10:46 PM and all rental were closed only Thrifty took care for us we got VIP response. We drop car and left key in drop box no extra charge and amazing deal. I will recommend to this location is highly professional.

Very happy with the price, the quality of the van supplied and the overall service. Had to work hard for a smile from the girl on reception but then she told me how many hours she had been working that weekend and so it was totally understandable! Would definitely use again for van hiring.

If you want to be an additional driver dont bother it's too much hassle! Been given wrong info 4 times in Manchester branch in the last week and still cant be put on insurance for last 2 days of rental. Given wrong info 4 times, not great customer service. And feel disgusted deflated and disappointed. Thrifty overall. Customer service at Worcester ok but not great

Impressed with Thrifty for oneway van hire.
Staff at both ends were friendly and helpful. The rental was one of the cheapest I came across, and I would suggest this was good value for money.
The van was a new (less than 12months), modern model - far better than I was expecting. The only issue I had was the pre-hire check failed to note some of the major body work and internal damage so I am very relieved I took comprehensive photos before I left. Also, the branch were not aware I was arriving to return the van despite the paperwork and online documents indicating this was the case.
Overall, I have had a good experience and I would use them again.

Very unresolved people useless they are not helpful the manager she is rude and not responsible.. she made me drop car at there branch which they spouse to come pick up at mine in return to offer left as I had to go work but she dishonest only because I forget my mask she not put any afford to help very rude left me in early morning walk back 55 mints .. with put proper clothe on . Don't use them

Avoid this company. Didn't take out the tyre insurance, lo and behold there was an alleged nail in the tyre upon returning the van, the van had been taken round the back of the yard and wouldn't show it in person. Money deducted from deposit, letter written to HQ had no response. Underhand at best, dishonest at worst.
