Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Chester

Arrived to the Chester branch on bumpers lane to rent a van. Greeted by Vena, particularly friendly, very clear and precise about the rental and charges.

I have recently received a rental car through the enterprise Chester team following my car being written off by a drunk driver.

The team at Chester were all friendly and helpful.

The service was impeccable and the speed to get me on the road again was rapid!

I did have to switch cars halfway through due to head office informing Chester that the first car needed servicing whilst I had it. Even that was no trouble.

Enterprise made sure the new car had the same amount of fuel in the new cas as what the one I was giving back had.

Enterprise provide good quality vehicles at normal hiring prices, but the £1700 excess is rather excessive for a bump.

Had a car booked until 7pm on a Tuesday evening and received a call that afternoon asking what time the car would be available-I told Enterprise 7pm.There were then a further 3 calls and a voicemail from Enterprise chasing return of the car.When I returned at 7pm that evening my partner said that Enterprise had called to the house at 6pm asking when the car would be available. Rather annoying to be bothered to return a car early.
I booked another hiring 2weeks ago for Monday morning and just received a call saying they did not have a car available-at all.after some complaint I was offered a small van,which I declined. After speaking to the manager the person dealing requested a delayed delivery at 11am, which I have agreed to,although I am not confident of a smooth delivery on Monday. I would not use Enterprise if I had a personal choice.However,as my employer has a corporate contract with them I am tied into them for the rest of the year-dreading it.

Amir and Liam both went above and beyond to help me when I was being messed around by my insurance company for a courtesy car. Professional and friendly service, couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Their help was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic level of service from both Emily and Liam at Enterprise in Chester. I recently hired a large van for 4 days and on collection, Emily was brilliant in checking me in and sorting out the paper work. When I dropped back the van, Liam was really helpful and gave me a lift back home. I was so impressed, I would employ both Emily and Liam to come and work for me in the sales area of the business.

Initially good service with quick delivery. If you have an issue (defective brakes) with a vehicle don't expect it to be resolved. I was ghosted by the management team after trying to resolve a concern / swap the car.
