all round brilliant service from enterprise. helpful and easy. great staff.

I had the misfortune to be involved in a car accident nearby. After my insurer (esure) did a fabulous job of getting my car picked up by Britannia, they decided to dump me at a motorway service station leaving me stranded. Fortunately Britannia's service centre stayed in touch, realised I was stranded 200 miles from home with no way of getting a train so called Enterprise just before they closed.
The team at Enteprise went above and beyond to sort me out with a car which had to be fetched from a different location.
The only let down was the technology as the tablet they'd issued failed to operate, requiring a return to the office where it continued to refuse to work for another 30+ minutes which added another hour to the process as much to the frustration of their staff as mine, considering he should have been at home nearly two hours beforehand.
As a result, I would recommend collecting your hire car from an office and not getting one dropped off as their technology simply isn't up to the job, hence 4 stars and not the 5 their staff earned.

Service ok,but car was no so clean ,fuel tank ¼ full ,when I ask why is no full to full answer was ¼ to ¼ is company policy if so its mean company ripped off customers on fuel ,because is no chance you can fill tank to ¼ when returning car always will be more ,just for company fever.

Good place. Easy to find, friendly staff and clean vehicles

They are ok, but the cars are not. The car we got was a very tired and old Nissan Quashqai. Was probably 7 years old at least, and had 40k+ miles on the odo ( see picture ). The suspension was AWFUL in the car, seemingly it had undergone a cheap suspension change. Passengers on the back felt sick, even though I was driving very slow. The car would jump and hop around roundabouts with the slightest bump in the road. First and last time with Enterprise - I hire quite often and haven’t had a car with such a bad suspension before.

I would give it 2 stars, but they did drop the car off at St David station for me so that was really helpful.

The team at Enterprise are knowledgeable and very helpful. We had to extend for a day and it was no problem for us, even though they had the vehicle booked out, they didn't make it our issue.
