I was away with work and unfortunately the car I had came up with a fault and lost power whilst driving. I looked for a local branch to get the car to which was the Weybrige branch. Well the customer service I received when entering in to the branch untill they sorted me a new car in under an 1hr was absolutely amazing, I would like to thank Martha and Katie the two Ladies in the branch your customer service was above and beyond. I could recommend them any more if your in the area and need a hire car or Van. Once again thank you to them both and letting me get home to Devon.

Had a corporate booked car rental for a longer period; Martha and Sandy on duty really went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted despite them being in the middle of a vehicle recall and scrambling to find an automatic car in my class. I ended up getting a better car than expected and a pick up from home, after the delay caused by problems beyond the team’s control so I really appreciate it! Thanks team, will definitely use Enterprise as my go to rental company.

Martha and her team went above and beyond to make sure my rental went smoothly. This by far the best branch I have dealt with at Enterprise. Could not recommend enough! Well done guys and thank you for all your help!

Rude unhelpful and like someone else said they will charge your credit card regardless of whether you approve it or not the girl actually put the phone down on me when I queried the charges..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
