Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Dover

Easy and quick. The insurance company which paid out for the hire after my car was hit, had everything organised. I turned up found the car they had ready for me and drove away. Recommended for your car hire, pleasant and straightforward process.

The kindest and most considerate car rental location I've ever done business with. I booked a car very short in advance and for just one day to see Dover and the surrounding area. The pick up was easy and a short walk from the main train station. We were late for our original pickup time so they had called me to check-in if I was still stopping by. The staff were all so very friendly and professional. We unfortunately had to return our car by 6PM, but wanted to explore the Cliffs of Dover, when asking for a taxi or bus suggestion they offered to drive us up there after closing up shop for the day! Matt was too kind by driving us up and dropping us off to the upper parking lot, we were blown away by this kind gesture. If you need a car rental make sure to support Dover Enterprise! Staff was freindly and prompt and helpful. Did not end up renting as they couldn't accept my credit card. Limited number of cards accepted. There may be a wait as there was one staff member and 5 people waiting after me.

Had a hire car from these guys for 16 days while my car was having repairs. Great service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend

The industry wide con in operation, quote £200 for a weeks hire then add insurance breakdown cover and anything else they can con you out of and your looking at over £600. Working out thier premiums for accidental damage its £16000 a year for a Corsa. Tell me that's not a con, trading standards don't want to know.
