Anne's Vans

Betty and Giuseppe were an inseparable couple for a week.....leaving his girlfriend Patricia behind ,-)
It was my boyfriend 's birthday the day we rented Betty. It was the greatest surprise he had ever received and was feeling blessed.
The van is perfectly restored, the paint outside is perfect, no rust and inside has modern conforts (leather seats and bed and upholstery inside and gaskets was wind-proof. It was not cold in the night even with 10C degrees). Our sleeping bags were enough, and kindly Dave borrowed us a small fan heater.
We regret not to have rented the awning as it helps in case of rain to sit outdoor and keep your muddy shoes out!

Highly Recommended to any and everyone who is interested in renting a great classic VW CamperVan. The owners; Anne and Tref are extremely personal, friendly and knowledgeable. I could not recommend their company or them highly enough. It was an absolute pleasure to be dealt with as human beings and not just customers.
The vans are beautifully equipped with everything you can imagine and the prices are very reasonable.

We drove Bertie around Scotland for our honeymoon as the situation with COVID meant that we did not want to fly abroad as originally planned.
We enjoyed driving Bertie, a lot of people we met or passed on the road were smiling or waving at us! His bed is comfy to sleep in, he is full of space and all the amenities you need while away! We regularly had breakfast in Bertie and also had lots of teas at our sightseeing breaks as the weather was pretty bad! We felt safe sleeping in Bertie and he was a joy! Thank you!

We had a lovely time away in Bertie. The customer service was brilliant and had a full run through of the van before we left. The engine ran lovely and we were instantly part of the camper community. Very highly recommended!

Fantastic experience booking with Anne's Vans - the VW Campervan was brilliant! The booking process was simple and efficient, and Tref has been friendly and kind throughout the process - he even looked after some of our valuables after we left them in the van! Highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish very easy process throughout. Debbie and colin were stars and very accommodating in every aspect! The vw was perfect, very comfortable and everything we needed was there for us. The side awning was brilliant just what we needed at night to sit out and have a drink! Table and chairs included in the package. Unlimited mileage was very handy. We went to Wales (snowdonia) and the van didn't miss a beat. Couldn't recommend Debbie and her van (vera) enough we was extremely happy!!

I'm not typically a camper, I always try to get out of any social occasion that involves sleeping outdoors. So I was a bit nervous about whether I'd be cold or uncomfortable sleeping in Bertie during a recent trip. We brought our normal quilt from home, and although the April overnight temperatures hit -2C, we were perfectly warm snuggling as a family of three (2 + 1 toddler). I would recommend without hesitation a trip with Bertie to anyone who is tempted.❤️

We had a fantastic time in the Lake District in Bertie. Tref and staff were very helpful. Bertie chugged along merrily all week. Will definitely be hiring again.
