Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Aylesbury

I've dealt with Enterprise Aylesbury twice. The first time, in spite of taking out the maximum insurance online I was asked to pay ANOTHER £45 on Collection for a one day hire.
When my son booked a van there I warned him about this so he called to check that his insurance was paid. On arrival though they did the same thing and charged him more. They were also dismissive about damage on the van, including a smashed indicator on the mirror. On return the staff (all 3 of them) said they'd have to charge £250 for the mirror, thankfully the van was photographed on collection proving the damage was done prior to the hire. Liars.

I use the Aylesbury branch for all my company’s vehicle hire. Excellent vans , but what stands them apart is the staff and the service with the attention to detail. Not your run of the mill rent a car company.

An all round excellent experience. Charlotte Batchelor served me both on my pick up and return. She had a thoroughly professional attitude and positive sense of responsibility towards her customer. She was clear in all that needed to be communicated, didn't rush, and was efficient in getting me out on the road. A credit to Enterprise at Aylesbury and would definitely return for future hires on the basis of cost, convenience and customer service. After being involved in a road collision, Enterprise arranged a courtesy car for the following day. I have been very happy with the swiftness of their service and the after care they have given. This has been the second time I have used them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great service. Used them several times over the last few weeks. Staff very helpful and all very pleasant and friendly. That's all all you really need isn't it from the service really!
