Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Cannock

Was the victim of non own fault accident. My insurance company had arrangements with Enterprise to provide a replacement vehicle. Fine, the office was round the corner from me in Cannock and immediately I could remember their TV ad. Well , I guess the ad was successful as I remember the company! Had a direct replacement Van, spotless. The staff at Cannock were to a man and lady polite, efficient and know their business. Faultless. A great business and would recommend 100% As a by the by, I had a survey sent by text to my phone but could not open. So I am not ignoring providing you with a review via that means.

Used them twice when I had 2 non fault accidents and my insurance sorted me out with Enterprise. I had a brand new car both times. The staff were really helpful and they dropped off the car and took me home when i took it back to them. Extremely helpful staff. Lost a star as i think they are pricey in comparison with other places if i had had to pay out of my own pocket.

Very good, professional service. Had a rental as a courtesy car from them while my bumper was repaired, a nice up to date insignia made mine look old. Loads of features on the car and picked me up from the garage too. Very pleased!

These guys were amazing. Actually amazing. I had to have a courtesy car because I was hit by a lorry on the motorway and mine was written off. I had this car through my insurance for two weeks. They originally gave me a bigger car, but I really didn't enjoy driving it and didn't feel that safety I was craving. I asked the if I could change the car and they were super fast, that day, and were so supportive of the reasons why. Everyone I spoke to, interacted with were polite, kind and professional. They gave me a brand new Corsa and I found my stride again. It gave me the confidence to get back onto the road and drive again. They were 100% aajor part in me getting back on the road, feeling safe to drive alone again and I can not thank them all enough. I would 100% recommend this branch.

Called up and asked about hiring a estate /suv for 4 days to be told non available, but miraculously there was one available if I had it for 7 days, then they wanted £650 , so I enquired about an economy class to be told it was £620 but again none for 4 days only a full week . If you only have cars for a minimum hire of 7 days then advertise that , don't take customers for idiots, Went to Rising Brook car/van hire and hired a economy class car for 4 days at only £134 , certainly know where I will go next time znd who I will avoid, rip off merchants

We rented a car from you guys and you are second to none. Brilliant service from all staff. Need to say a massive thankyou to a young guy called Alex. I was so nervous about driving an automatic car but he spent time with me and made sure I was comfortable before I left. I didnt feel rushed and he put me at ease and showed me all controls ets.
