Took 2 vehicles from 365 and it was by far the smoothest and easiest process ever compared to enterprise or hertz. Very professional service. Jeff and Jay we’re extremely helpful and catered to my needs.
Theyre cars are in very good condition and not like the usual rental vehicles found in East London which are half dead.

If your looking for a beast at the right price, excellent customer service you came to the right spot. First time experience was phenomenal! Car was on time and they also agreed to meet at a location I requested. When I returned the car they done the checks and gave me the deposit on the spot. 100% bullet proof insurance unlike other companies. Young drivers also welcomed which is a bonus.

I found these guys on google when looking for a Luton van as I had to do an emergency house move.

I called them as they were closing and explained my situation, which they were very sincere and understanding about.

They remained opened and waited for me as I drove an hour to Grays.

They took their time showing me how to operate the tail lift safely.

They also provided me with extra furniture straps which are not usually included.

I promised I would only need the van for one day but it turned out to be a 3 day hire which 365 hire didn’t make a fuss and let me extend the booking.

Overall the customer service was outstanding and very professional.

All staff had on 365 hire uniform and looked presentable.

The Luton van was very easy to drive and it was brand new with an unlimited Milage usage which worked out perfectly for me.
