Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Worcester South

Hire 2 van for work company. Try to contact them for pick up these 2 vehicles. Off hire since 17 January 2022but no one turn up to collect them. Now 23 February 2022, still no one turn up and not one pick up the phone... really bad organisation. Avoid

The manager of this branch acted in a very unprofessional manner. I was told that I could have a van on rolling rental, I had three enterprise representatives, including the manager at my front door. Demanding the van back and saying they were going to send debt collectors as they had tried to contact me several times. I had no missed calls or emails or any messages from these guys. I had the van rental while my van was having a new engine. I had kept up to date with payments and paid on time everytime. I won't be using this company again. Be very careful with this company.

We had go and pick up a car from Enterprise because my daughters car had been in accident which not her fault . When got there we found the staff are very helpful and friendly. They sorted a automatic car which is usually used. They all good to.go around the car before had to go

Rent couple of times a car, always 100% worth it. Monday rented a van, and the service was superb, from the beginning. Matt deserve a special mention for his attitude and knowledge. Definitely back

I hired a van from enterprise due to there competition not been very good. I like the simplicity of there booking system and they were cheaper. Picked the van and had it for 48 hours but managed to bring it back early. They refunded the deposit and insurance money with no problems with in a day or so. Why can’t all companies be like this.
