Enterprise Car Hire - Bristol Airport

Julien and the crew at the Bristol Airport Enterprise went above and beyond to help us. Best customer service I've ever had at a car rental agency! When we had some problems with our card payment on our end, Julien was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and quick to suggest solutions. The Renaux Captur we ended up choosing to fit us and our luggage but not be too large for cornwall roads was the perfect vehicle for our trip. Thank you so much, Julien and the Enterprise crew!

Booked our car online just over a week before we left for our holidays to England to see family.

No issues booking online, straight forward and easy.

The car depot has moved from our last visit. It was behind the hotel upon leaving the arrivals door. Now a bus takes you to the area about a 5 minute drive around the airport. All car companys are located in the same place.

We headed straight to enterprise and waited our turn, our flight was delayed 5 hours and we were behind schedule.

Alistair or Ali as he introduced himself as looked after us. Registered online before arrival but just confirming in the office before we headed out to see the car.

Alistair welcomed my wife and kids once we went outside and handed over our rental for the week.

Upon return Alistair was again working and the hand over was again seamless. He welcomed us all back again and inquired how our trip went. Checked over the car, the only issue we had had was the tag came away from the key!

Very good service, and great person to have meeting people.

Always use enterprise and will not change after this experience.

Rented at Bristol Airport June 2022. All car rental is now a 5min shuttle bus from the main doors of the airport. All round excellent service, friendly staff, simple check out and demo of the car. Return was on a Sunday, which was a key drop in a box, but within an hour I had an email receipt to say car was checked and rental complete.

We didn't get the entire deposit back. 120 pounds remained. When we ask what the reason was, they tell us that we have delivered the car 3 hours late. That's not true, we delivered the car about 20 minutes late because we drove a lot of times looking for the booth that was open. We left the keys and they told us that they would check everything and that in about 15 minutes we would receive an email. That email never came. And now they charge us an extra day for an invented 3-hour delay.

Rented a car last weekend from the 4th to 6th of November and the team at enterprise are great! Very helpful and efficient, they even got us a card and chocolates as I mentioned I was getting married which was a lovely touch! Couldn’t recommend enough!

In the quarmire of car hire rental, renting with Enterprise was a wonderful experience. They were very accommodating and helpful over the phone, and everything went very smoothly from the time of pick up to drop off. I declined their collision damage waiver as I have my own and this was noted. I also declined the roadside assistance. Alex, the agent went with me to look over the car before driving away and explained in detail what they concidered damage. The car was clean and efficient and all went well. Drop off was easy too and the car was checked over by Rubin who kindly refuned the extra fuel we had accidentally put in.

All in all, I highly, highly recommend renting from Enterprise at Bristol Airport: a 100% positive experience. If there were more car hire companies like this, we would never have an issue hiring them!!!!

Very dishonest people at this branch. Gave us a very faulty car. Car was totally different from what advertised and was making a lot of noise.
Contacted the branch and encountered a very rude staff.
They are to charge us for a very strange fault 1000 pounds. We have no idea about the fault.
Never had issues with enterprise but this branch is very different.
