Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Caterham

Customer oriented service attitude at its best. Hayden who attended me was very good and took time to explain variety of cars for my next booking too. I've booked 3 cars for the upcoming holidays I've planned already.

Absolutely horrible customer served, rude and
disgusting! Had to make a reservation for car for the next day, then next day in the last moment they called me to tell me that they don’t have any cars and they are not obligated to have cars for me. I’ve been in big shock from this branch, because I had few horrible experiences with them. All the time they are extremely rude with me over the phone, like I’m some rubbish, and they just close the phone and then never pick up back the phone. I will absolutely never go in this branch in my life, I don’t want any rudeness and headaches on my head, I had enough. I can’t believe how they can treat their customers like this, this absolutely inadmissible!

Excellent customer service! Thank you Jeremy for sorting out the initial issue I had with the hire vehicle. I was swapped over to another vehicle quickly and efficiently, with such a professional and courteous team working together. Will definitely use again! Thank you Jeremy.

If you need a dangerous vehicle that they will then charge you for, this is the place. Put your own life and those that you care about in danger, call enterprise.

Initially a bit of a wait when I first got there but have to say when it came to me, the Assistant Manager himself, Jeremy Sayad, made the whole process of picking up the car swift and easy; he remembered the detail of our previous tel convo - I did my part and he did his part - great result! What great customer service he provided, very thorough and with a smile. Was well impressed and would not only recommend that branch but would use their
service again.

AVOID using they never answer the phone, and you are always chasing them.
Be aware that when you sign the tablet they give you when you receive the car that you read the small print. If you receive any tickets/fines during the time that you have the car they charge £35 administration fee. This was not explained to me at the time.

Last minute we hired a car for the weekend from Enterprise Caterham. Both Jeremy and Tinashe are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Caterham and would not hesitate to hire again. Thanks guys

Terrible customer service.

They will cancel 2 hours before your due to collect a van on a friday afternoon for a weekend of work, no alternative available.

Will definitely not use them again.
